Once upon a time, in a dense forest, lived a wise deer and a foolish crow. They were friends. One day, the crow saw a hunter setting a trap near the river. He quickly warned the deer.

The deer thanked the crow and avoided the trap. The next day, the crow saw some sweet grains near the same trap. The crow became greedy and said, “Maybe the hunter forgot to remove the food!”

The deer warned him, “It’s a trick! Don’t go near it.”
But the foolish crow didn’t listen. As soon as he landed near the grains, he got caught in the net. The crow struggled and cried for help. The deer felt sorry and ran to a nearby mouse friend for help.

The mouse quickly gnawed the net and freed the crow.

The crow realised his mistake and thanked the deer and mouse. He promised never to be greedy again.

Moral: Listen to wise advice and never let greed cloud your judgment.
